Cybersecurity Alert
At AnyósPark The Mountain & Wellness Resort, the security and trust of our guests are our top priority. That is why we continuously work to ensure the security of all our communications and interactions.
In recent months, with the increasing use of artificial intelligence, there has been a significant rise in phishing campaigns targeting the tourism and hospitality industry. These scams typically involve emails, SMS messages or other communications that appear to come from a hotel and are designed to obtain personal information, banking details or fraudulent payments.
For this reason, we would like to remind you of a few basic security recommendations.
AnyósPark will never:
- Contact guests via WhatsApp or SMS to manage reservations or request payments.
- Request urgent payments, bank transfers or credit card details through unofficial communication channels.
- Ask for passwords, verification codes or any confidential information.
If you receive a suspicious communication:
- Do not reply to the message.
- Do not make any payment or disclose any personal or business information.
- Do not click on any links or download any attachments.
- Verify any request through our official communication channels and report any suspected fraud attempt or suspicious communication to us immediately.
In these types of fraudulent campaigns, cybercriminals may try to gain your trust by using information such as your name, your stay dates, the name of the hotel or other reservation-related details. For this reason, it is important to verify any communication that raises doubts before taking any action.
If you receive a message claiming to come from AnyósPark and you have any concerns about its authenticity, we recommend that you contact us exclusively through our official communication channels before taking any action: info@anyospark.com
