AnyósPark Mountain in Andorra | FAQ

According to the regulations of the Tourist Accommodation Occupancy Register, all travellers must be identified, without exception (including children and babies). The only valid documents are passport for non-EU countries and identity card (ID).

At the time of the check-in, you will have to present the printed voucher that the travel agency sent to you.

You should always contact the travel agency or third party with whom you made the reservation at AnyósPark. In the shopping of package tours or packages bought to third parties, e.g. accommodation + ski or Caldea, AnyósPark will only be responsible for the services provided directly at the resort and confirmed by the third party, such as accommodation, dining or OXI Beauty. However, AnyósPark will not be responsible for the external services and will not be able to provide any assistance in case of disagreements or problems.

The general check-in time is at 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is at noon, 12:00 p.m., except for the advantages enjoyed by customers belonging to the AnyósPark Selection programme (see Loyalty section).

In case you need to modify your booking, we recommend you to contact the hotel or travel agency before the trip. If for any special reason you need to modify your booking at check-in, modifications will be done depending on the contracted rate and availability. Some changes may have extra charge.

You will be able to request your cot during the reservation process on the website, in the section of comments. Extra beds are only available in the inn and in apartments with a capacity for 4 guests or more. There are no extra beds available at the hotel.

Pets are welcomed in AnyósPark's apartments at an extra charge , 30€ per night. They are not admitted at the hotel and Duplex, likewise, they cannot access the Sport Club, the beauty centre and the gastronomic restaurant of the resort. In the buffet restaurant there is a section reserved for guests with pets.

Car spaces cannot be reserved in advance, except for those reserved for disabled people. Should you need a car space for disabled people, please contact the hotel in advance.

The transfer service is available during the winter season to access the ski stations.

There are different bus companies that offer regular trips to Andorra Bus Station from Barcelona and Toulouse airports. There you can get a taxi to AnyósPark. Some of these companies offer door-to-door service.

You will enjoy free access to the areas of the AquaSpa (heating pool, spa), the Aqualounge (outdoor swimming pool, solarium, terrace, restaurant and chill out) and the sports area (gym, exercise classes and virtual sessions, ping-pong...) of our Sports Club.

As a hotel guest, you can use the different courts subject to availability and at a reduced cost, which you will need to pay at the sports club. They will provide you with the court and equipment rental if it’s necessary. We have 3 squash courts, 1 professional tennis court and 3 padel courts, one of which is completely outdoors (available subject to weather conditions).

The sports club is open 7 days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. (except on 24 and 31 December, when it closes at 5 p.m., and on 1 January, when it opens at 10 a.m.). Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by their parents to access the facilities.

The AquaSpa area (indoor pool) is open to all ages until 9 p.m., after which time it is reserved for adults over the age of 18 until closing time. The spa room with sauna, hammam and jacuzzi is for the exclusive use of adults (over 18 years of age). From Monday to Thursday from 5pm to 7pm, access is not permitted (except in July and August).
The baby pool requires prior reservation, once you are staying at the hotel.

Appropriate sports equipment must be used for each activity or service.
In fitness rooms, gym or guided classes, sports shoes are required; a swimming cap, swimsuit and flip-flops are required for access to the aquaspa and swimming pool. In the case of babies, the use of specific water nappies is required.
At the club reception, you can purchase different materials to train properly. We also have towels and water available at the facilities.

Andorra in winter is a country of cold temperatures and heavy snowfalls. Local and private entities have efficient equipment at a government level to tackle these problems in all the traffic lanes and accesses However, the Pyrenees start way before the Principality of Andorra, and even there, a heavy storm may cause traffic problems. Therefore, if you are travelling to Andorra or to any high mountain area we strongly recommend you to use adequate snow chains and to learn how to fit them.

The staff of the restaurants of our resort has been specifically trained to attend to any request regarding allergies and food intolerances. At AnyósPark we are conscious of the difficulties coeliacs find when travelling. If you have any special request, please contact us.
